Dear Mark,
My husband and I were just reminiscing; we find it hard to believe we have been in our lovely home over nine years.  As you may well remember, building a new home was a big decision for us.  Our girls were grown and it was time to do the usual down-sizing to make home ownership and maintenance a little bit easier so we could enjoy our retirement.  It was an even tougher decision, mainly because Harold had been attached to the construction trade all his life.  Having built our own homes, Harold wasn't certain he would find anyone to meet his high standards.

Horan Building did it. You fulfilled our expectations and met even Harold's high standards.  After nine years, our home still feels new and the maintenance, which can get harder as you get older, has been easy.  More importantly, during the entire construction, Harold and I were fortunate to build a strong friendship with you and also your team.  These friendships still flourish even nine years later.

As you know, we are always willing to speak to anyone considering a home built by Horan. We wish you continued success.

Dear Mark,
Well, it was clear from the beginning, according to Dave, that "Mark Horan is going to build our home." I wasn't so sure. Dave, having done extensive research about building the house himself, head many questions and opinions. But you met them all with open mindedness and professional insight. The house is phenomenal, thanks in enormous part to your great team of workers and subs. And let's not forget Lisa, who was always happily ready to find someone's number or stop a tile order so I could change my mind "one last time".

The quality of workmanship throughout the house is truly impressive, but then again, that's what we came to expect when you agreed to build our home. It has been a wonderful building experience with you and your team...Thanks a million.
