93 S to Rte 24 S to Rte 138 E. towards Newport Beaches.
Follow Rte. 138 E to Memorial Boulevard. Turn Left on Bellevue Avenue.
Park in the first parking lot on the right. The Horan Building Co.
offices are located on the 2nd floor of the historic Travers Building.

from points West
Rte 138 E to Newport Bridge. After crossing the Bridge, take the first
right-hand exit towards downtown Newport. Turn right onto America's Cup
Avenue, and continue right at the 2nd stop light. Stay on America's Cup
Avenue along the harbor. At the Newport Post Office, (Thames Street at
right), go straight. This is now Memorial Boulevard. Turn right onto
Bellevue Avenuve. Park in the first parking lot on the right. The
Horan Building Co. offices are located on the 2nd floor of the historic
Travers Building. 172-174 Bellevue Avenue.
